The location was convenient being attached to Cowboy Jacks, but the overall experience was affected by issues like a cold bathroom floor and an electrical short in the air-conditioning unit. Despite some drawbacks, the staff tried to make up for shortcomings, offering a shuttle service and addressing concerns personally. The dining experience was underwhelming, lacking food variety and quality. However, the spacious and modern facilities added some comfort to the stay.
